Our most exclusive Verdejos, in a limited edition.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Finca La Colina El Vencejo 2022<\/strong>: Sourced from the <em>El Vencejo<\/em> parcel, from which it takes its name, this wine is made from dry-farmed bush vines planted in 1970 and harvested exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in ovoid concrete tanks, where the wine is aged on its lees for 12 months, followed by a further year of bottle ageing. A great age-worthy white released only in selected vintages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Finca La Colina Fermentado en Barrica 2023<\/strong>: Sourced from our oldest vines, over 50 years old, located in La Seca (Valladolid) and harvested exclusively by hand, this is our only barrel-fermented Verdejo, produced in a limited edition Following low-temperature fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees in 225-litre French oak barrels, where it remains for 9 months.
