Finca La Colina El Vencejo 2022 – Gran Vino de Rueda. A single-vineyard Verdejo aged in concrete.

Sourced from the El Vencejo plot, which gives the wine its name, this wine is made from vines planted in 1970, bush-trained and dry-farmed, with an exclusively manual harvest.

Fermentation takes place in ovoid concrete tanks, where the wine remains in contact with its lees for 12 months, followed by a further year of bottle ageing. A great age-worthy white, released only in selected vintages.
