The Verdejo (65%) and Viura (35%) varieties, sourced from Vinos Sanz vineyards located in the sunniest plots of La Seca, are blended to create a frank and elegant white wine.

- Appearance: Clean and bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
- Nose: A classic example from the Denomination of Origin, with aromas of ripe orchard fruits (peach, Conference pear) and herbal hints (fresh hay).

The wine is then aged on its fine lees for 4–5 months using the bâtonnage technique, which provides its distinctive creamy texture and remarkable volume on the palate. An elegant, expressive and lingering wine. A Verdejo for those who truly know Verdejo.

Finca La Colina Dressage is an age-worthy white wine crafted from Verdejo grapes sourced from our oldest vines. The wine is aged on its fine lees for 18 months in a combination of concrete ovoid tanks, foudres, and 500-litre French oak barrels, and then further refined in bottle before release. A perfect combination of three vinifications that reaches excellence through its final blending in bottle.

Sourced from our oldest vines, over 50 years old, located in La Seca (Valladolid) and harvested exclusively by hand, this is our only barrel-fermented Verdejo, produced in a limited edition.

A SINGLE-PLOT VERDEJO AGED IN CONCRETE
Sourced from the El Vencejo parcel, from which it takes its name, this wine is made from vines planted in 1970, bush-trained and dry-farmed, and harvested exclusively by hand.

A great age-worthy white wine that is only released in selected vintages.

Winemaking
Produced using traditional methods, with strict control during fermentation to achieve, through carefully managed pump-overs, a wine with great structure. Ageing in oak for 6 months provides balance while preserving the expressive red fruit character typical of this intense varietal.

- Appearance: Attractive cherry color, clean and bright.
- Nose: Red fruit aromas accompanied by subtle notes of cocoa, vanilla and toasted nuances. Clean and intense. Frank and intense.
- Palate: Balanced, elegant and long. Gentle tannins provide a pleasant velvety texture without losing power or structure. Broad and fleshy on the palate.
Food pairing
Pairs perfectly with cured meats and cheeses, as well as more complex dishes such as roasts, red meats and smoked foods.
