Finca La Colina Fermentado en Barrica 2023 – Gran Vino de Rueda. A true gem for lovers of great oaked white wines.

Sourced from our oldest vines, over 50 years old, located in La Seca (Valladolid), and harvested entirely by hand, this is our only barrel-fermented Verdejo and a limited edition.

Following low-temperature fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees in 225-litre French oak barrels, where it remains for 9 months. During this time, periodic bâtonnage is carried out to ensure perfect integration of the oak.
